Langley Office Carpet Cleaning
You Invested heavily in your carpeting, it only makes sense to want it to look its best as long as possible! Corporate Cleaning Services, your Langley carpet cleaning company, is made up of Certified Carpet Cleaning Technicians. We have invested heavily in state-of-the-art carpet cleaning equipment to make sure our clients in Langley and Surrey have the cleanest, best-looking carpets possible.
Depending on the situation, we may use either our truck mount system with hot water extraction or our encapsulation system. In the hands of our trained carpet cleaning professionals in Langley, both of these tools will do an excellent job.
For heavily soiled or greasy carpets, one of our key tools is the RX-20 Rotary Extraction Machine. This amazing machine cleans all sides of the carpet fiber instead of just the two sides cleaned with standard back and forth wand cleaning. With three spray jets and five vacuum slots, the RX-20 makes over 650 cleaning passes per minute. It is especially useful in situations where carpets are extremely soiled, such as in restaurants and greasy shop areas. This machine also eliminates the fatigue associated with standard carpet cleaning, ensuring a consistent quality job from start to finish.
For regular carpet maintenance, or for lightly soiled carpets we have a new tool at our disposal. It’s called the Cimex system. The Cimex machine is the best encapsulation machine we have found.

Wikipedea describes Encapsulation like this:
In the 1990s, new polymers began literally encapsulating (crystallizing) soil particles into dry residues on contact, in a process now regarded by the industry as a growing, up-and-coming technology. Working like “tiny sponges”, the deep-cleaning compound crystals dissolve and absorb dirt prior to its removal from the carpet.
According to ICS Cleaning Specialist, evidence suggests encapsulation improves carpet appearance, compared to other systems; and it is favorable in terms of high-traffic needs, operator training, and lack of wet residue. Encapsulation also avoids the drying time of carpet shampoos, making the carpet immediately available for use.
Because this method does not over wet the carpet, the carpet can be walked on immediately after cleaning, making this a great method for residential strata, retail, and other locations where the public needs immediate access to the areas being cleaned.
Additionally, since this is a self-contained cleaning method, it is super environmentally friendly. We are not using vast amounts of water, and we don’t need to have an internal combustion engine running the entire time we are cleaning.
Hot water extraction will still play a role in our business, but for the majority of clients, this encapsulation cleaning will really fit the bill.
While we are on the subject, when was the last time your carpets were cleaned, and how often is it done?
You invested a great deal of money in your carpeting, and it only makes sense that you want it to last as long as possible. It is highly recommended that you have the entire carpet cleaned at least annually, and that high traffic areas get cleaned one additional time per year. For some clients with unusually high traffic, more frequent cleaning should be considered.
The best way to extend the life of your carpet is with a carpet maintenance program designed for your specific environment. Our Burnaby office cleaning Certified Carpet Technicians can come in on a regular basis to keep your carpets always looking its best. And if we know we’ll be returning at regular intervals, we can give you preferred pricing.
