Our night time supervisors visit the cleaning staff on-site while services are being performed to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Our Customer Satisfaction Team performs regular quality control audits of each client’s site. Our supervisors are equipped with smart phones, and every inspection or customer interaction is logged into our Customer Relationship Management software and a service ticket is created. This ticket is then rated as to the severity of the issue and assigned to an appropriate person for action.
Every step taken will be logged to this ticket and tickets are only resolved once all parties are satisfied with the resolution. These tickets then become a permanent part of the client’s record. This ensures the client that any issue, be it service related, billing related etc. will be followed through to complete satisfaction.
